Shipping policy

At Blue Reef Haven, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 14 business days after payment is received. Our shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday. All orders will be shipped using overnight delivery. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier delays.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to check the status and expected delivery date of your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at bluereefhaven@gmail.com. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
