Thank you for shopping at Blue Reef Haven. We want you to feel confident when ordering coral from us! Since these are live animals, our policy is a little different than regular products.
Live Arrival Guarantee
If your coral arrives with any issues, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability. To request replacement or store credit, please email clear photos of the unopened items in their original packaging to bluereefhaven@gmail.com, within 2 hours of delivery.
If approved, we will issue a store credit or replacement coral (depending on availability). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
No Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of live coral, we do not accept any returns once they leave our care.
Refunds & Store Credit
Approved claims will be processed as store credit toward a future purchase. We also cannot offer store credit or replacements for corals that perish due to improper acclimation, aquarium conditions, or handling after delivery.
Refunds to the original payment method are only issued in rare cases (cush as shipping errors or out-of-stock items).
Shipping Delays
We ship on Tuesday and Thursday using overnight delivery to reduce stress on the corals.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
